1. Weight loss program “Artemis”

First day (arrival) – diagnostics, program individualization and your preparation
- Diagnostics. Upon your arrival you will be consulted by a specialist who will use modern equipment to ascertain the ratio of muscles, fat and liquids in your body, weight you and calculate your body mass index. If necessary the program will be adapted to your special needs. Duration – 1 hour.

- Detoxication. At the beginning of the program we advise you to warm yourself in a steam bath or infrared sauna. It’s a wonderful mean of skincare that opens skin pores and the skin is cleansed more easily, it breaths and becomes silky. Afterwards you may relax in an open-air Jacuzzi. Duration – 1 hour.

Second day – body cleansing and removing of undesirable liquids
- Body cleansing treatment. Skin is cleansed by natural scrubs and satiated with microelements; body is being prepared to cosmetic treatments. Duration – 1 hour.
- Draining massage. It improves circulation of lymph and blood, removes undesirable liquids. The vascular walls and capillaries are “warmed up”, edemas are reduced. This massage is the beginning of the weight loss program. Duration – 1 hour 30 minutes.

Third day – fat burning and elimination
- Intensive detox treatment. Body tends to accumulate intermediate metabolic products while fat burns. For intensive elimination of toxins natural cosmetics containing extracts of St.-John's wort, Indian chestnut, Butcher's broom (Ruscus aculeatus) and Witch-hazel (Hamamelis) are used. In order to achieve better results treatment takes place in an individual steam bath. Duration – 1 hour 30 minutes.

- Lymph drainage and fat splitting. Treatment is performed with modern equipment with vacuum and ultrasound. This technique is effective in fat splitting and eliminating from the body. Massages

This massage is performed by two masseuses. During this massage you can experience the state of weightlessness. This new massage technique brings you inner peace, exceptional relaxation and removes muscles tension. Massage is finished with sea salt and healing herbs procedure.

This massage technique was introduced by American doctor William Fitzerald in 1900 although it was already known to ancient Egyptians, Chinese and Indians. Later physiotherapist Eunice Ingham created a map of zones which shows which sole zones should be pressed to affect certain body parts and organs.
