Before plastic surgery
First of all you will be asked to send the photo of the body part or face that you are planning to improve with plastic surgery. Then you will be asked to describe in detail what you would like to be improved. Be specific about what you would like to be done. If your surgeon fully understands your expectations, he'll be able to plan a procedure, answer your questions about whether your goals are realistic and describe the result of the procedure.
Then you will be asked to answer the questions about your health, previous diseases, medicine you are taking, allergies and similar questions that show your state of health. In addition copy of your medical history may be required.
After your health condition and suitability for procedure will be determined it is highly recommended to visit your family doctor and undergo general health check and take the blood test.
